Rania is also a highly successful entrepreneur, executive coach, global speaker, angel investor and founder of the world's first online career guidance platform for women in growth economies, The Way Women Work.

What we know is really interesting is that women entrepreneurs in Africa are more confident than their western counterparts, in fact they are the most confident of all women entrepreneurs globally. That is a really important message for women to be reminded of.
