A Justina Luelo tem cinco anos de experiência em Sistemas de Telecomunicações, tendo trabalhado no setor petrolífero como Engenheira. Cofundadora da empresa Limpo-Limpo, em Angola, uma empresa que trabalha na formação de trabalhadoras domésticas, para depois serem inseridas no Sistema de Emprego. Uma das suas recentes conquistas foi a sua seleção para participar no Mandela Washington Fellowship 2019. A Justina tem uma licenciatura em Psicologia Clínica pela Universidade Oscar Ribas e um Bacharelado em Sistemas de Telecomunicações pela MSC Namíbia.
