Knowing the difficulties that everyone is going through because of the Covid-19 pandemic, this article is not to speak specifically of the pandemic, but of the effects on the mind of each individual impacted by it.
I have known of cases of close and unknown people suffering from the same problem, some even committed suicide and others talk about it ... because they were unable to deal with a certain reality, or because the state of confinement as a result of the pandemic and lockdowns plays in fact with our ability to deal with certain situations.
For this reason I decided to make a call for attention, because it is so easy to get carried away by dark thoughts ... because something in our life did not go as we expected. This pandemic also came to show us how vulnerable the human being is. To address this situation, my appeal to all those people who are reading my little article is this - do not ignore the signs. If you need help ask, speak to your people ... do not hide the worries of your mind, because just a moment of non-lucidity for us can cause us to do a lot of nonsense. And for people who have no problems, stay tuned to the people closest to you in order to help them in the best way.
There is a saying that goes, "there is no good that always lasts or bad that it never ends.” In life, there are good moments so we will enjoy each one of them, and learn from those less good moments.
