Building on her highly successful global homeware brand, South Africa’s leading design and retail entrepreneur Carrol Boyes has launched her first range of textiles incorporating her signature figure motifs.
The new range, which was announced in November 2018, includes a wonderful selection of quality cotton products, designed to enhance Carrol Boyes’ existing and much-loved portfolio of homeware and gifts. The instantly recognizable and much-loved Carrol Boyes figures have been interpreted in a jacquard technique on luxurious wool-blend woven fabrics.
In the new Carrol Boyes textile range, cushion covers come in square or rectangular sizes and are machine washable. Table décor can be dressed up or down with the addition of coordinating placemats, in a finely woven cotton and linen blend with refined embroidery and flocking. New kitchenware items reflect popular motifs from the Carrol Boyes signature range and include Swell, Pop Art - Coral and Knowing designs. There is a reversible apron in a woven cotton blend with intricate pocket details and adjustable neck and waist straps for improved fit. Chic oven gloves, pot holders and mono gloves are made with a silkscreen print technique. Tea towels match the oven gloves, with designs printed onto a woven cotton and linen blend fabric in a multi-tonal colour palette.
