Denise Umunyana is the co-founder and managing partner of Right Seat in Rwanda, a boutique HR and job placement company, founded as a result of years of leading HR departments inside large corporations like I&M Bank and Airtel. Denise has an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Kwazulu-Natal.
