Successful author and coach, Lori Milner is passionate about empowering women and equipping diverse teams with the tools and skills to fulfill their potential in their careers and personal lives. In working to fill the gap between the roles, demands, and challenges of the new working world, Lori’s full-service consultancy, Beyond the Dress (BTD), helps individuals to build harmony into their personal and professional lives. This month, she announced that one on one coaching will now be available.
Lori’s focus areas include smart time and goal management, stress management, inter-personal skills, self-awareness, personal branding, and self- leadership – and the result is happier and more productive people. Lori’s company, Beyond the Dress (BTD) is known for tailored and engaging corporate training sessions, conference presentations, keynote addresses, and workshops with a difference.
Lori provides practical tools and techniques to achieve tangible, lasting change and quick results. She doesn’t believe in leaving delegates with a post-training ‘sugar rush’ that lasts only a few days. After attending a BTD workshop or talk, delegates are better equipped to achieve work-life harmony and are more confident in their life and business goals. In many cases, they report having started to master their personal brands, using Lori’s tools to create the lives they want.
Lori’s vision is to provide practical tools to close the gap between knowing and doing in order to show up as the best version of yourself. She says, “I want to give women the gift of choosing themselves so they can make decisions in their own best interest and ultimately feel that they are owning their days.
As Lori adds, ”Confidence is directly proportional to the promises you keep to yourself.”
She believes that, ”Self-care=self-leadership. By making more space for yourself, you achieve more - not less.”
