Kaizene, based in Cote d’Ivoire and founded by entrepreneur Lynda Aphing-Kouassi, has built up a reputation for helping companies and organizations to optimize their human capital, improve their services and their quality approach. To achieve this goal, Kaizene has been offering various training and coaching modules and courses for several years. This month sees the launch of a new Shared Services Solution specifically for women entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Kaizene currently offers a wide range of specialist SME support, capacity building, organization of institutional conferences, and coaching services. The latest offering is a Shared Services Solution, which provides women entrepreneurs and SMEs with experienced and qualified human capital, spaces and employees at reduced cost. Through this new solution, women entrepreneurs will be able to create a community, find clients through this community, respond to calls for tenders in partnership with other women entrepreneurs in the community, and free themselves from certain administrative tasks, and as a result, seeing their businesses become more productive and efficient.
What makes the new Kaizene Shared Services Solution different is that it addresses the challenges faced by Small and Medium Enterprises, Organizations and NGOs in recruiting qualified and experienced personnel, including the cost of recruiting and retention. By using Kaizene Shared Services, several companies can access a pre-eminent service delivery model for corporate support functions (90% of companies globally use it according to Accenture). The success of shared service providers has always been measured in terms of cost reduction; in fact, 87% of companies that have used shared services say they have managed their growth without increasing the budget. Kaizene Shared Services, under another component, also intends to work to support women in the informal sector through structuring, literacy and capacity building in partnership with UN WOMEN.
Speaking about her aspirations for the new Kaizene Shared Services Solution, founder Lynda Aphing-Kouassi, says: “We offer our solution to women and companies in order to contribute to their growth, also to extend this solution throughout Africa and create partnerships and collaborations between companies.”
