About the book “Ho'oponopono", today I come to share the insights I had after reading the work three times, at different stages of my life. Written by three authors of different backgrounds, it is a very interesting and easy-to-understand book. I recommend it to all who seek to live a life with more love and lightness in their hearts.
It is important to emphasize that the experience I had after reading does not mean that it will happen exactly to you, because truth is intrinsically linked to testing and consciousness. As an example, I bring interpersonal and affective relationships. In my experience as a Life Coach I realize that relationships are always sources of strong learning in all areas of life.
In the relationships we have throughout our lives, some consider them to be good and others terrible. In terms of the bad experiences that happen along our journey, the tendency is always to blame the other and not look inside us and try to understand the reason that makes us repeat the same patterns of relationships. With that we started to complain about results and criticize that person who was once part of our life and we use the famous expression, that (a) fulaninho (a) made me waste time. Who's ever?
Nelson Mandela said, "I never lose. I win or learn."
That's to say that everything that happens in your life is not mere chance, even if that person has done something so unpleasant to you. From his perspective he was hurt, from the perspective of the other he did the best he could do for himself, that according to his conscience. Don't expect the other to change for you to be happy, change must be internal and fullness comes from self-knowledge.
As the great Diego Vinicius says: "May the whole relationship last only as long as it feels to be healthy." The change we seek in the world begins in ourselves. A great thinker once said, "Everything is energy and that's what's there. Tune in to the frequency you want and, inevitably, that's the reality you'll have. There's no different way. That's not philosophy. It's physical."
May we be grateful in everything and that we learn to release forgiveness in everything. Only then will we be able to change the frequency by effectively attracting what we so desire.
Today I bring a perfect tool for the practice of Ho’oponopono meditation, simply to be practiced only with the repetition of four magic words:
I'm sorry
Forgive me
I Love You
I'm Grateful
With it we work the development of love, the liberation of forgiveness, the practice of gratitude and the elimination of toxic thoughts. Living in peace is something we all deserve and it's up to us to make sure that happens.
