Bernice operates her NGO business as a social enterprise to empower rural dwellers and their communities. She is a member of the World Entrepreneurship Forum and the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Biodiversity and Natural Capital. Ghana Bamboo Bikes is a socio-ecological green initiative that addresses climate change, poverty, rural-urban migration and high unemployment amongst the youth in rural Ghana.
