Many of us are going through our day without even thinking about our mindset or the thoughts that we are entertaining and how these thoughts affect the results that we are creating. 90% of our thoughts a day are spent on past experiences, and only 10% of our thoughts a day is being spent on the actual now and tomorrow! Our thoughts are the most powerful tool and determine the direction and all outcomes of our lives.
So, if we believe that our thoughts create our reality every minute of every day, imagine how we are repeating our cycles by repeating old thoughts 90% of our time over and over again! Most of our thoughts are from imprints that became a belief system from our childhood. We are programmed to be negative, to believe color separates us from each other, that some are clever and others are stupid, that you are fat, by not being loved as a child you might believe that you are not good enough and this list can go on. All of this programming acts as our mainframe and become the reason for who we are and what we are and how we behave in this world!
This becomes an imprint and you start to act and behave like you were told and unbeknown to you, your thoughts create your emotions and your emotions create your actions and your actions creates your reactions. All from your belief system. Is that not scary! Then we wonder why are we not successful, loved, have money and good health and start to think again, this is for others and not for me?
The good news is that because your Mind is Your Supercomputer, you can reprogram your motherboard into new neuropathways that will give you the results you want in life. Once you understand the basic concept of where your behavior and results stem from, you can change this and become loved, successful, empowered and healthy and lead a life full of joy!
10 Steps to take to start your Transformational Process to create the life you want:
Identify the negative belief system that's tripping you up
Identify the words that you speak towards yourself and others that are heavy and negative
Understand the root of their origin - upbringing, friends, family, work
Make the necessary changes in your environment to eliminate these influences
Decide where you would like to be in 3, 6 and 12 months from now
Work out an Action Plan to achieve this
Start to be conscious of your every thought during the day and don't feed what you don't want
Do positive affirmations three times a day to start the rewiring of your belief system
Be committed to your change and you will see the results
Do a Gratitude List every day of all your Blessings as this will change your focus and your vibration as we can only receive when we open our hearts
