Have you ever wondered what happened to all the dreams you had when you were young. Do you remember those occasions when adults constantly asked you the question, “what do you want to be when you grow up?” Can you still remember some of your answers? Well, whether you can recall them or not, it’s okay.
Some of us, due to life’s challenges, find it difficult to dream. As a result, some of us may even have stopped dreaming, and some of us find that our dreams have changed. But, whether your dreams have changed or not, you can start pursuing them now. Whether you are dreaming or not, you can still dream again.
Dreams direct us to our future. Dreams gives us hope for the future we long for. Dreams are part of us, they are that which we want to be, they are that place where we want to be, and they are what we hope to see in our future.
Getting there, achieving our aspirations, becoming what we desire to be, and having what we hope to attain in life and business, will take sweat, determination and hard work. Hence all the challenges we have to face, hence the problems we have to solve. And boy, I know you may think of giving up at times, but please DON’T.
Because of your dreams you may go through terrible stuff. But, don’t let nasty events shift your focus (remember it is your dream and only you can chase it and only you can know if it is all that you have been dreaming about.)
Whatever dark place you find yourself in, whatever uncomfortable situation you may encounter, you are in the right place, so I am telling you to:
Start dreaming, start wishing, and start aspiring
Share/talk about your dreams
Have a way/plan of achieving your dreams
Be determined
Pursue/chase your dream. And one day you will live your dream.
Joseph in the bible was a dreamer, who always shared his dreams with his family and because of his dreams he became his sibling’s enemy (he was hated). Whatever the challenges and misfortunes that Joseph went through, he knew that “he will be the ruler” because that is what he dreamt about. When you go through problems and troubles remember Joseph, remember that after all the sweat, challenges and hard work, he became the ruler he dreamt about because he was determined.
